Samples are the absolute best way to experience the quality and impact of our designs firsthand!

  • What's Included? Our sample packs include a selection of pieces from your chosen core collection. They give you a real feel for the materials, print quality, and offer inspiration for the shapes and finishes you might want in your own set.

  • The Perk: If you decide to go ahead and order your beautiful stationery with us, we will deduct the price of your sample pack from your final order total!

How Do I Order?

The easiest way to get started is by filling out our super simple enquiry form! Once you have your quote and are happy to proceed, we'll send across the payment information to officially secure your booking.

Deposit & Minimum Order

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your design slot. The balance is due once you are 100% happy to approve your designs for printing!

  • Minimum Spend: Our minimum total order value is £200.

  • Small Orders: We are happy to accommodate smaller orders! However, please note that printing costs for small batches (20 or less) are much higher and must be quoted individually. You can combine smaller items (like On the Day stationery) to help meet the £200 minimum spend!

Quantities & Ordering Smart

How Many Should We Order?

We recommend ordering 1 invitation per household, plus a couple of lovely extras just in case of last-minute additions!

  • Keepsake: It’s always nice to keep at least one extra invitation as a beautiful keepsake for yourselves!

  • Heads Up: If you need extra invitations printed later, they will be more costly, as printing minimums make small batches expensive.


Customization & Proofing Fun

Customizing Your Design

All of our designs are wonderfully customisable—from text and layout to colours and patterns! We love switching up colours to suit your wedding palette and are happy to merge elements of different designs to create a semi-custom set.

  • Free Changes: Text and layout changes are free of charge. Small colour swaps are also complimentary!

  • Small Fees: Full colour changes and merging elements to create a semi-custom design incur a small additional fee (starting from £50). Brand new additions (new fonts/patterns/graphics) incur a design fee (starting from £150).

Can I See a Proof?

Yes, of course! Nothing goes to print until we get your final approval.

  • Proofs: A set of proofs will be emailed over to you to check. We aim to send these within 5 working days of receiving your completed wording form (though peak times might be a little longer!).

  • Rounds of Changes: Your package includes 4 rounds of changes to ensure perfection. Any additional rounds are charged at £20 each.

  • What to Check: Please check everything very carefully—especially timings, locations, spelling, and grammar!

What if I Approve the Proof and Find an Error?

Unfortunately, once you approve the design for printing, we cannot make further changes.

  • Reprints: Refunds are not granted for errors found post-approval, but we do offer a 60% discount if a reprint is needed.


Cancellation Policy

Because our items are personalised, refunds will not be granted once the item (or the initial personalised proof) has been delivered. You may cancel for a full refund before the proof has been delivered.


Timescales & Delivery

How Long Will My Full Order Take?

  • Full Wedding Stationery: Typically takes 4–6 weeks from start to finish. This timeframe begins once we receive your completed wording form.

    • Wording to First Proofs: Approx. 5 working days.

    • Approval to Delivery: Approx. 14 working days (This can sometimes take longer for complex or personalized items).

  • On the Day Stationery: Allow 7–10 working days once proofs are approved.

Delivery Details

  • UK Orders: Sent free of charge! Small orders use Royal Mail Special Delivery; larger orders use a trusted next-day courier.

  • International Orders: Yes, we ship worldwide via a tracked, trusted courier! Please let us know your location for an accurate shipping quote).

Rush Orders

  • In a pinch? Let us know! We can sometimes rush orders, depending on our workload.

  • Peak Season Rush: Rush orders during peak season (Feb–Apr and Jun–Sep) may incur an additional charge of £40. Please check with us before ordering!
