We know T&Cs aren't the most exciting part of wedding planning, but these rules are super important! They make sure we're all on the same page and that your stationery journey runs smoothly. By ordering from The Vows Club, you're agreeing to these little club rules. Grab a cuppa and let's dive in!
When placing an order with The Vows Club, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
Ready to make it official? Once we get your order form, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This is your ticket to starting the design process and confirms your slot in the Club!
The Price Promise: Your deposit locks in the price of the items confirmed in your order. Don't worry about future price changes—any increases won't affect confirmed orders already secured with a deposit.
Time to pay! You can complete your payments easily via a custom order link on my website (we accept debit or credit cards) or by a good old-fashioned bank transfer.

Orders & Quotes
You'll receive a detailed, official quote along with an agreement from you in email form. We need you to be 100% happy with the agreed order and price—no surprises here!
Your order is officially confirmed only when we receive your agreement and that non-refundable deposit! Until then, your date and design slot aren't totally safe.
Your gorgeous goods will be wrapped up and sent your way only once the final balance for the order has been received and cleared. Ready for some amazing mail?
Cancellations
Oh no, we're genuinely sorry to hear you're having to cancel your celebration. If you're unable to reschedule, a cancellation fee applies to cover the gorgeous design work we've already poured into your suite:
Proofs Approved for Print: A 75% cancellation fee applies. (This only applies if your order hasn't gone to print yet! If it's already at the printers, the full balance is due.)
Proofs Not Yet Approved for Print: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
If no design work has been carried out: You will receive your payment back minus a standard £75 deposit.
We’ll send you digital proofs (usually PDF) to check everything looks perfect. You get 3 rounds of complimentary proofs to make tweaks and changes. We promise to make them gorgeous!
It's 100% your responsibility to check every detail—spelling, dates, times, grammar, and colours. We can't be held responsible for errors found after you give the final, written "I Approve!" We’ll print exactly what you approve!
Your written approval is your final word that the design is perfect and ready for the press. Refunds will not be granted due to spelling errors, date changes, etc. A 30% discount will be given if a reprint is needed. *All claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order.
